Directions
From Sheffield Town Centre walk to Leopold Street. Take the bus Stagecoach Sheffield 88 towards Bents Green or take First South Yorkshire 81 towards Bents Green. After 10 – 15 minutes the bus will arrive at Hunter’s Bar. Get off at Hunter’s Bar and continue along Ecclesall Road. Gyaltsabje Buddhist Meditation Centre is on the left just after the roundabout opposite Endcliffe Park.
How to get to us by car
From the Town Centre, drive south along Arundel Gate. At the roundabout take the second exit on to Eyre Street. Take the third exit at the next roundabout on to St. Mary’s Gate. Take the first exit on the next roundabout on to Ecclesall road. Gyaltsabje Buddhist Meditation Centre is on the left just after the roundabout at Hunter’s Bar.
How to get to us by train
The closest train station is Sheffield train station on Sheaf Street. From here take a bus or a cab to Hunter’s Bar. The Centre is situated opposite Endcliffe Park.
Where to Park
There is a car park situated at the back of the centre on Hunter House Road. Spaces are limited. There is parking space along Ecclesall Road beyond the bus stop and along Hunter House Road. Pay and display parking is available along Sharrow Vale Road.
The stairs to the front entrance on Ecclesall Road may prove too steep for some visitors. If you would like to avoid the stairs you can gain entry to the centre at the rear of the building on Hunter House Road. This entrance is also convenient for wheelchairs and push chairs.
