Letting Go of Overthinking Workshop

Thinking is essential — we need it to understand, decide, and function in daily life. However, when our thoughts become repetitive, negative, or stuck, overthinking can leave us feeling drained, unclear, and unable to switch off.

In this workshop, we’ll explore Buddha’s practical teachings on the mind, learning how to remain calm, balanced, and clear amidst the stress and constant stimulation of modern life.
