The busier our life becomes, the more stressful it feels. We tend to think that situations or people in our life cause our stress or unhappiness, so we then spend a lot of time mentally trying to figure out how to fix those situations or people, which often just makes our mind busier. In this short series of classes, Steve Givnan will explain how, through training in Buddhist meditation we can learn new ways of thinking and practical methods that help us to dissolve stress and keep a positive mental attitude whatever life throws our way. So we can live life lightly.
