A countryside weekend retreat: in the Yorkshire Wolds

Abiding in Stillness – at Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre

In the midst of our chaotic and fast-paced lives, finding peace of mind can seem like an elusive goal. During this retreat, led by the Resident Teacher of KMC Sheffield Gen Kelsang Lekchog, you will learn how to initiate and progress in your meditation practice. By overcoming distractions and honing your concentration, you will delve deeper into the realms of tranquility.

Ultimately, this training will guide you towards the state of “tranquil abiding” – a state of perfect stillness and crystal-clear clarity.
