Often our mind can feel clouded by busy, uncontrolled and sometimes negative thoughts, particularly when we are in a high pressured work environment. This course will introduce meditations and techniques to help you discover the space and peace of your own mind. By practising these techniques you will be able to tap into this inner resource which will enable you to deal with the stresses and strains of the workplace as well as your daily life.
