Losing the people and things we like and dealing with unwanted changes is often a very painful part of life. We tend to feel that relationships, jobs, possessions and other external things alone will give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and security we crave. However, genuine inner peace and happiness come from a completely different source.
During this half day workshop, we will explore methods for truly enjoying life through an exploration of Buddha’s teachings on impermanence. This wisdom frees us to fully embrace every moment of our lives so we can find real satisfaction and become of great benefit to others.
The workshop will be in 2 parts with a break. Seating is on chairs or cushions.
