Every so often, we need to declutter. We usually feel great satisfaction when our kitchen, office, garage or bedroom is clean and tidy. But what about our mind?
While we need to reflect, understand, and make decisions, sometimes we can end up overthinking. Our thoughts become circular, negative, unclear, or stuck. We can find it impossible to let go, which is both exhausting and unproductive.
Certain meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings can help us balance our mind, think more clearly and create a sense of calm as we navigate our world with all the stress and stimulation.
