We may wonder why it is so hard to be positive, why despite our best efforts we succumb to thoughts that trouble us. It seems so natural to blame the immediate circumstances of our life. Is it possible that the cause may lie elsewhere?
We all carry a weight of negativity in our minds. This causes us to get stuck in negative habits of thinking that are repetitive and destructive, it can also leave us feeling guilty and that it is impossible to change. In this mini workshop we’ll discover what the causes of our negativity are, learn powerful Buddhist meditation practices that can free us of our negative habits, bad feelings or distractions. We can learn how to detox our mind of all its negativity so that we become happier, lighter and experience freedom to think the thoughts we want to think.
