Dissolving bad mental habits

Saturday 19th September – 2 sessions 10.00am- 11am / 11.30am – 12.30pm Cost £10

Nobody wants to have bad habits, yet it can be hard to stop ourselves from engaging in unhelpful or sometimes even harmful behaviours.

Bad habits make us unhappy, unhealthy and often destroy our relationships and sense of self worth.

Buddha’s teachings help us to clearly identify where all our bad habits arise from, what he terms as delusions (for example ignorance, anger and attachment). It we learn to recognise their origins, we can learn how to reduce and abandon all our negative habits that keep us trapped in a cycle of suffering.

During this workshop we will explore Buddha’s teachings on The Four Noble Truths.

Open to all. Everyone welcome no prior experience necessary.
