How to be kind to yourself

Saturday 29th -   2 sessions 10.00am- 11am / 11.30am - 12.30pm

It’s so easy to be hard on ourselves – to focus on our faults and mistakes and be our worst critic!
When we are unable to accept our mistakes or shortcomings or feel as if we can’t live up to our own or others’ expectations, we may become depressed and excessively self critical. This makes it impossible to be happy or make others happy.

This course will help us learn how to be truly kind to ourselves – to focus on our pure potential and our ability to help others. Being kind to ourselves means learning how to develop positive and peaceful thoughts and intentions while guarding against the negativity in our mind.

On this course we will be guided through practical meditations that will help us to become more compassionate and understanding towards ourselves and others. So no matter what comes our way, it will be possible to see the best in ourselves and others. We stop being a hostage of our mind. This is real freedom.

Everyone Welcome: No prior experience necessary.
