Meditation is a powerful way to develop a positive mind, experience inner peace, and strengthen harmonious relationships with others.

Establishing a daily meditation practice allows these benefits to grow steadily over time.


This is part 1 of a 2 part series of workshops (2nd part in July) – you will benefit from attending either or both !


In this practical workshop, you’ll learn how to create the right conditions for meditation (The preliminary practices) — including setting up a suitable environment, arranging a simple shrine, sitting comfortably, and developing a clear, positive intention. With these foundations in place, you’ll gain the confidence to begin and maintain a meaningful meditation practice at home.
