During this half day workshop you will discover how to use the wisdom advice of Buddha’s teachings to help solve daily problems and find deep meaning and happiness in life.An explanation will be given to some of the key elements of modern Buddhist way of life, such as understanding the mind, karma, compassion and wisdom. Meditation is explained in a very accessible way that can be used by anyone as a tool to developing qualities such as inner peace, love and patience.
The practical application of Buddhist ideas will be emphasised showing how we can solve everyday problems and transform our busy lives into pathways to lasting peace and happiness.
