Benefits

  • You will learn about the essential meditations and practices of Kadampa Buddhism;
  • Learn how to practically apply these meditations in your busy daily life;
  • Discover the beauty of the path of wisdom and compassion;
  • Learn how to start solving your problems with the inner scientific methods of Buddha

Buddhism, an ancient spiritual path, was introduced to the world by Buddha Shakyamuni in India over two thousand years ago. Since then, countless individuals across the globe have embraced this way of life, which promotes peace, loving kindness, and wisdom.

Today, the teachings of Buddha remain as relevant as ever. According to Buddha, our troubles and suffering stem from confused and negative thoughts, while our happiness and good fortune emerge from peaceful and positive states of mind.

He provided us with invaluable methods to overcome negativity, such as anger, jealousy, and ignorance, and cultivate positivity, such as love, compassion, and wisdom.

By practicing these methods, we can attain lasting peace and happiness. These teachings are not restricted by boundaries of nationality, age, or location. They are accessible to anyone, and once we incorporate them into our lives, we have the power to share the benefits with others so that they too can experience the same joy and fulfillment.
