During this workshop you will learn the art of meditation, with a particular focus on training in concentration.
Nowadays we have so many distractions it is rare to enjoy a few moments of mental peace and stillness. However, by learning how to train in concentration and focus on helpful thoughts, we will be able to keep a peaceful, flexible and open mind even during our busiest days.
Buddha teaches that from concentration comes peace. All the teachings, meditations and guidance presented on this course are based on the books of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. A fully accomplished Meditation Master.
Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome. Each half day workshop consists of two sessions (10:00-11:15am & 12:00-1:00pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic.
