During this workshop you will learn the art of meditation, with a particular focus on training in mindfulness. Training in mindfulness is not just watching our mind, but actively improving our mind by keeping it focused on a positive environment object. The function of mindfulness is to overcome distracting and negative thoughts that prevent us from being positive, calm and peaceful. Mindfulness is the very heart of meditation practice.  

All the teachings, meditations and guidance presented on this course are based on the books of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. A fully accomplished Meditation Master.  

Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome.  Each half day workshop consists of two sessions (10:00-11:15am & 12:00-1:00pm) which include guided meditations and a talk on the topic.

This class will be live-streamed.  When you have booked below you will be sent a link to access the class.  

If you can’t make the class or wish to see it again, you will have access to the recorded class for 48 hours once the live class has ended via a link that will be sent to you. We recommend that you find a quiet, comfortable space to get the benefit out of the class.
