Learn to Meditate 10th October 10am-12.30pm


Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. It is easy to do, and something everyone can learn. On this half day course, discover how our mind becomes still when the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, causing a deep happiness and contentment to naturally arise from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

This course is suitable for both beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice.
