Online Amitayus Retreat

Online – Learn to Meditate Sat 27th Feb. 10am – 12.30pm

An inspiring half day online workshop and wonderful opportunity to learn about the practice of Buddhist meditation. Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. 

Discover simple meditation techniques to clear the mind, reduce mental tension and busyness, and experience peace within. The workshop will include practical tips on improving our ability to meditate and how to start a daily meditation practice. 

 

This course is suitable for both beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice. This is a practical-based course where you will get the opportunity to experience the benefits of meditation for yourself.  It consists of an explanation of the fundamentals of meditation, guided meditations and is taught by Kelsang Lekchog the Resident Teacher at KMC Sheffield
