Letting go of stress (a Christmas half day workshop) Sat 7th Dec 10am – 1pm
In this workshop we will look at what stress is and how we can recognise its early stages so that we can reduce it and finally live a stress free life. The way that we relate to certain situations and events can cause our stress levels to build making us feel under pressure or anxious of how things might turn out.
Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative minds create.
We will learn techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom that teach us how to face life’s adversities with a happy heart, learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth.
