This course is suitable for both beginners and those meditators with experience

All classes are self-contained, so you can attend individual classes or the whole course.

There are many benefits of meditation from simple relaxation to helping us develop a positive and peaceful outlook on life. In order to reap these benefits, our meditation needs to be effective.

In these 5 sessions you will learn the essential tools needed to improve your meditation practice, or help you get started with one.

By understanding and developing these 5 tools your mind will become stronger, more stable and More peaceful.
