Often however, we identify with our faults and limitations
By training our mind in meditation we can gradually improve our qualities – this is guaranteed. To do this we need to focus on our potential and not discourage ourselves by focusing on our faults. Buddha shows us how to do this – find out more in this series of classes.

What to expect at a class
From Buddha’s teachings, these practical talks help us to solve our daily problems and find peace, happiness and, if we wish, a deeper purpose in our busy lives.
We spend a short time mediating on the talk we have just listened to. We to come to a conclusion that will affect our daily life so we can improve the quality of our mind and therefore our whole experience of life

BENEFITS OF MEDITATION
Improved concentration and focus in daily life
Less stress, worry & anxiety
Reduced irritation, anger & frustration
Greater inner peace & happiness
Increased confidence & self-esteem
Improved mental and physical well being
A positive outlook on life & better relationships
We recommend that you find a quiet, comfortable space to get the benefit out of the class. Most importantly, enjoy!
