During these classes we will be following the text Modern Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche (available as a free e book download) 
Everyone wants to find peace of mind, particularly during these uncertain times. It seems as if our lives are becoming ever more unpredictable and as a result of this much anxiety, stress and worry pervades many people’s minds.
Buddha taught methods called the Larmim, which means stages of the path to enlightenment. Anyone can practice lamrim, you don’t need to be a Buddhist, or have any wish to become one, but if you want to learn ways to develop and maintain a happy and peaceful mind in difficult times then these teachings and meditations will help you do that. 
Discover the joyful path that these meditations take us on and learn how to develop and maintain a peaceful mind, eventually all the time.

This is a practical based course where practices and methods will be explained enabling you to establish the internal tools to bring about positive inner transformation. Each session will include a combination of teachings and meditation. Suitable for beginners and everyone welcome.
