During these very uncertain and difficult times when we look at the world around us, we may find our self feeling powerless, fatigued and disillusioned. Really wanting to help others and our world situation,  but not knowing how to or feeling it is impossible.
During this course we will be using meditations from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Rinpoche’ book ‘Universal Compassion’ 
This special book contains teachings on Training the Mind that show us how the difficulties of normal daily life into positive experiences that make us empowered energetic and full of hope.

What to expect at a class

Guided Meditation

Every class includes a chance to practise meditation. No prior experience, special equipment or special clothes are necessary – just come as you are. We meditate sitting on chairs & all the meditations are guided.

Talk

From Buddha’s teachings, these practical talks help us to solve our daily problems and find peace, happiness and, if we wish, a deeper purpose in our busy lives.

Concluding Mediation

We spend a short time mediating on the talk we have just listened to. We to come to a conclusion that will affect our daily life so we can improve the quality of our mind and therefore our whole experience of life
