Living in the Moment an evening meditation and talk Fri. 12th July 7pm – 8.15pm
With International Guest Buddhist Teacher Kadam Lucy James
This evening talk is open to everyone.
We often find it hard to let go of painful events that have happened in our past or things people have said and done. Holding onto to these things affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt. Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.
This event is likely to be sold out. After so many ticket sales we will offer a reduced ticket price of £5 These tickets will be in a video link in a different room. High quality picture and sound
