Make every breath count

Make every breath count half day meditation workshop Sat 5th June
We are delighted to announce that this workshop is open to in-person and online bookings.

The workshop will be taught by Bob Banks an experienced Kadampa Meditation teacher.

Breathing Meditation is something we’ve all heard or come across. But what exactly is it? It’s basically a process through which we become aware of the sensation of our breathing by harnessing our awareness on it.  When we become completely mindful and aware of our breathing, it helps us cope and clear the stresses that plague us throughout the daily grind. Leaving us with a feeling of well-being, calm and an inner reserve of peace that we take into our Life. Kadampa Buddhist meditation practice is specifically designed for busy modern people like ourselves.

In this workshop we will explore the benefits of meditation, the purpose of meditation and how we begin our practice. This is an experiential morning – short meditations with different objects and opportunity to meet kind minded people. Suitable for complete beginners and those who want to reboot their practice.
