Using Buddhist Teachings, suitable for everyone, we will explore techniques that enable us to tune into a peaceful heart.

During our meditation workshop, you will learn:

  • Practical methods that will help us to let go of the busyness of everyday life and learn to unwind from stress.
  • Opportunities to chat with like minded people in a relaxing natural environment.
  • An opportunity to explore the nature reserve at your leisure after or before the workshop

Please come to the main entrance at Cannon Hall Museum where you will be directed to the Spencer Wing. Parking is in the lower car park whatthreewords lavished.struck.reforming.
