We hold on to thoughts and feelings that hurt, causing us to feel burdened, stressed and anxious. On this half day course discover how our mind becomes still when the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, causing a deep happiness and contentment to naturally arise from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
