During this workshop you will learn: 


How to cultivate mindfulness, which is the key to enhancing mental wellbeing and personal growth. By honing our focus on positive objects of mind like love, we can improve our overall mental health and productivity.

Gain an understanding of the three main mental factors – mindfulness, alertness, and conscientiousness – with these we are equipped to steer our thoughts in a positive direction and maintain a sense of clarity and purpose.
Mindfulness serves as a powerful tool to keep our minds engaged with the present moment and prevent distractions from derailing our progress. By staying anchored to familiar objects, we can experience a heightened sense of awareness and inner peace.
