Imagine Living without stress and tension in your daily life – a life free from worry, anxiety  and the many daily problems that these negative states of minds create. Kelsang Lekchog will explain the causes of stress and feelings of isolation and the techniques that Buddha taught to release us from these painful experiences.

This workshop will consist of 2 sessions including teachings and guided meditations. This course is suitable for everyone.
