Whenever we encounter difficult people or challenging situations, these painful minds can easily arise. If we do not detect the early stages of anger, it grows within us like a poison affecting our relationships with people and our daily happiness.
This workshop will look at practical methods for identifying, reducing and finally abandoning this destructive habit of mind, and all its manifestations, helping us to experience the freedom and happiness we long for.
