This retreat will be taught by kelsang Lekchog principal teacher of KMC Sheffield.
 
Be guided to a place of refuge and sublime peace within your mind.
On this day retreat we will discover how through finding refuge in the Three Jewels we can protect ourself from all our problems and pain. 
 

Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are known as the Three Jewels. When we go for refuge to the Three Jewels we enter into the Buddhist family.

 
Dharma (Buddha’s Teachings are like medicine that prevents the sufferings of the three lower realms, Buddha is the doctor who gives us this medicine, and the Sangha (spiritual practitioners) are the nurses who assist us.
 
The retreat will include 3 sessions.

  • The chairs have been set out in the Meditation Room so that everyone apart, and no-one is directly facing anyone else. Please don’t move the chairs

This class will be live-streamed.  When you have booked below you will be sent a link to access the class. (check Spam folder) If you can’t make the class or wish to see it again, you will have access to the recorded class for 48 hours once the live class has ended via a link that will be sent to you.
