Beginners Urban Day retreat – With Jo Kite

On this short guided retreat you will learn three simple meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful. We all want a calm and peaceful mind because we know that when we do have one, we are happy. 

Imagine learning how to control your mind so that peace and happiness gets deeper and longer lasting!

On this retreat you will learn easy to use techniques to help yourself access your own inner peace, which will effect every part of your life in a positive way.

You will also learn how to develop your own daily meditation practice. 

There will be 3 x 1 hr sessions which include a Teaching and Meditations.
