•Learn to transform adversity into opportunities for growth by incorporating mindful daily practices that promote harmony and compassion.

•Classes include guided meditations, teachings and real-life applications.

•You will discover how to align your thoughts, speech, and actions with the teachings of Buddha in a meaningful and sustainable way.
