“Staying Strong When Things Go Wrong” Meditation Workshop Sat 3rd Oct 10am – 1pm
Building Inner Resilience
Learn how to stay calm, strong and balanced when life doesn’t go the way you hoped.
When things go wrong in life — which they inevitably do — we can easily respond by blaming the situation or the people involved. This can feel like a “double whammy”: not only do difficulties arise, but we also add our own frustration, unhappiness or worry on top.
In this course, you’ll learn positive ways to respond to life’s challenges.
Buddhist wisdom offers practical ways to understand why challenges occur and transform setbacks into opportunities for growth, compassion and inner development.
