During this mini retreat you will learn that what you think, determines how you feel. The real source of happiness is inner peace. if we can develop ways of thinking that keep our mind peaceful, instead of harbouring un peaceful thoughts, we will always feel happy.
This mini retreat will:
* Give you a bite size experience of retreat
* Give you techniques to control your mind
* Give you experience of meditations that enable you to find the real source of happiness
