Learn to meditate and experience daily peace that comes from establishing a regular meditation practice. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, find inner peace, achieve mental clarity and focus that will help you in your daily life. A natural development of meditation practice is that your mental approach to life becomes one of compassion and kindness.
These classes include 2 guided meditations and teaching.

She has been Practicing and studying Kadampa Buddhism for many years.
