Improve your concentration and focus in daily life. The sessions include guided meditations and instructions from an experienced teacher. Open to everyone, and you can drop-in at any point in the series.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sit on a chair?
We set up the room with chairs for people to sit on. We also have cushions available for people who prefer to sit on the floor.
Do I need to wear special clothes?
No special clothing is required. Wear something comfortable for sitting on a chair or a cushion. You may wish to bring socks. We ask people not to wear shoes in the meditation room.
Do I need to know how to meditate?
The classes are suitable for beginners and those who have tried other forms of meditation.
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
Everybody is welcome! The classes are a presentation of Buddhist teachings suitable for everybody, whether they are Buddhist or have another faith or belief system.
