Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of negative thinking, even when you want to let them go?

In these meditation classes, we’ll discover practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts. These methods will empower us to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, helping us become a more positive, confident, and resilient person.

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A. All classes are self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

7th Week 1: Introduction to Meditation: Letting Go of Overthinking
14th Week 2: Letting Go of Self-Criticism
21st Week 3: Letting Go of Stress
28th Week 4: Letting Go of Blame & Resentment

Part 2 MAY:

5th Week 1: Letting Go of the Past
12th Week 2: Letting Go of Loneliness
19th Week 3: Letting Go of Grasping

Drop-in meditation classes following the teachings presented in books by Venerable Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Each class will focus on a topic including initial guided meditation, a teaching and then a second meditation and discussion.
