Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of negative thinking, even when you want to let them go?

Buddhist meditation classes can help you learn practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts. These methods will empower  to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, helping uou become a more positive, confident, and resilient person.

This series will follow the 21 Meditations as presented in The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyastso

Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A. All classes are self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

All classes follow the teachings presented in books by Venerable Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
