Would you like to find a bit of peace amidst the midsummer madness ? 🙂

We welcome you back to our summer time classes with a 2 week drop-in class based on some beautiful ancient wisdom that is perfect for out modern times. Advice from Atisha’s Heart.

We will start the evening with a nice cup of tea and chat in our cosy cafe, if you would like to come before the class we would love to see you there 6.30pm start 🙂

The classes will begin at 7pm with a guided breathing meditation and short Buddhist prayer (optional to join in). Followed by some advice to help you keep a positive mind in your day.

October:
7th: Keeping your cool around others        
This course will teach you to rely on your own inner peace, overcome anger & frustration – the source of our stress, solve your own problems and become your own protector.
 
We live increasingly stressful lives. It seems as though pressures to look a certain way, lead a certain lifestyle, work to sustain that lifestyle and so forth are ever increasing. We all would like to be stress free, or at least have less stress in our lives.

Kelsang Lekchog is the Resident Teacher at KMC Sheffield. Her warmth and kindness show in her teachings , and she is able to explain clearly Buddha’s profound teachings in a way that is suitable for everyone. Her having studied extensively on the Special Teacher Training Programme for many years make her very qualified.
