    “When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situtions, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind. If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive mind they would not be problems for us; indeed, we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development.     Kelsang Inchug is the Education Programme Co-ordinator for the Centre.

    Inchug has been a Kadampa Practioner for about 15 years and has been Teaching for over 10 years.  She has a great understanding of Buddha’s teachings and an ability to share her depth of experience in a very practical down to earth way.
