Generosity and abundace day retreat

Generosity & Abundance Day Retreat

Giving is primarily a mental action — a virtuous intention to benefit others. Buddha taught that from giving comes wealth, and that generosity is the best protection against future poverty. During this retreat, we will explore how developing a sincere wish to give — whether it’s material help, love, protection, time, or good advice — leads to real inner wealth and contentment.

As one of the Six Perfections taught by Buddha, the practice of generosity is a powerful method to create happiness for ourselves and others. Through understanding the law of karma, meditation, and quiet reflection, we’ll learn how to cultivate a generous heart and experience the joy and freedom it brings.

Benefits of Attending:

  • Deepen your understanding of generosity as one of the Six Perfections
  • Discover how giving creates the inner cause of abundance
