This class is for people with babies who wish to learn to meditate and to be able to bring them to class with other parents and carers. You will be guided through a series of 9 meditations from the Living Meditation series:
  • Meditations for Relaxation
  • Meditations for a Clear Mind
  • Meditations for a Kind Heart

These are available to buy in our shop so that you can practice them at home.

Our World Peace Cafe will be open for you to stay and relax over a hot drink and brunch or cake after the class.

FAQ

Can I bring toys to the class? Yes, though soft or chew toys are likely to be better than rattles!

What is the room like? It is set up informally with blankets, folding tables and cushions. It is carpeted. You can create your own space in the room to your preference.

Do I have to sit on a chair? No. You can sit on the floor with baby if you wish.

Can I breastfeed in the meditation room? Yes, no problem!
