Beginners Urban Day Retreat

On this short guided retreat, you’ll learn three simple meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we naturally experience happiness — and through meditation, we can learn to maintain this state for longer periods, even in daily life.

This retreat offers practical, easy-to-use techniques to help you access your own inner peace and bring a positive influence to every area of your life. You’ll also learn how to begin and sustain a daily meditation practice so you can continue to benefit long after the retreat ends.

The day includes three one-hour sessions with teaching and guided meditations.
