By learning to relate to situations and people in a more balanced way, we can reduce feelings of tension and worry. Drawing on ancient Buddhist wisdom, we’ll discover practical methods to face challenges with a happy heart, deal with difficult people without anger, and transform life’s pressures into opportunities for inner growth and peace.
