What keeps you awake at night?

What keeps you awake at night?

1/2 day meditation workshop

Do your thoughts race when you’re alone with your mind? Concerns about what others think of you, fear of failure, or the worry of losing what you love? These anxieties often stem from what Buddha called the 8 worldly concerns: attachment to praise, pleasure, reputation, and gain—and aversion to their opposites.

These preoccupations can dominate our minds, keeping us trapped in cycles of worry, fear, and frustration. They distract us from what truly matters: the opportunity to find lasting peace and happiness within ourselves.

In this workshop,

  • discover how these concerns shape your life and learn practical methods to let them go.
  • Free yourself from these limiting worries and uncover a deeper, more fulfilling happiness.

Everyone is welcome!

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
